Upper Mustang Trek offers the visitors with an awesome trekking experience in the remote and most isolated land of Mustang region. This is a trek to Mustang Valley which is located at the Nepal-Tibet border and is a home of the centuries of old monasteries, Chhortens and mediaeval caves. It is believed that the Tibetan Buddhist monks used to live and do their prayers in these natural caves. You will also do the sightseeing of the unique ancient Tibetan Buddhism which is still followed in the Upper Mustang. Trekking to this forbidden land is mysterious so one should have a special permit to visit this area. Beside the culture, this place also offers the spectacular view of mountain ranges, colorful and wide variety of flowers, brown hills and an opportunity to see the Tiji festival of this region.
This beautiful journey starts with a scenic flight to Pokhara and then to Jomsom. Upper Mustang Trek via Teri La Pass starts from Jomsom and ends at Jagat. Trekking along the ancient monasteries such as Rangchung cave Monastery, Ghar Gompa, Luri Cave monastery and other many ancient monasteries will take us to Lo-Mathang. Trekking ahead and crossing the Teri La Pass will take us to Nar Phu valley which gives us an awesome opportunity to explore the ancient lifestyle and culture of Sherpa people.

Day 11: Lo Manthang to Drakmar(3820m) 6hrs.
Day 12: Drakmar to Syangboche(3780m) 5 to 6 hrs.
